Working with someone you can trust rather than someone on the phone.

Beware of the smooth fast talking salesman on the other end of the phone who will have you enrolled in a plan before you understand or even know what they have done. Someone you will probably never see or talk to again and are only interested in the sale.

Does Medicare cover Dental,Vision, Hearing or Drug Prescriptions?

Original Medicare does not cover these benefits. Advantage plans can offer some or all of these benefits including a Gym Membership. You can also purchase them individually to supplement your plan. We are here to help you figure this out.

Can I change plans once I enroll?

As your agents we will send you a letter every year informing you of the annual enrollment period that starts on October 15th and ends December 7th. This is a time to learn about new changes to your plan for the upcoming year that will take effect January 1. It is also a time to review your plan benefits and drug prescription cost to determine if you need to make any changes. If you are happy with your plan there is nothing you need to do. Your plan will automatically renew.

I am on disability. Can I have something more than just Original Medicare Insurance?

If you are under 65 and have been receiving disability benefits from Social Security for 24 months you may qualify for Part A and Part B of Original Medicare. If you would like additional insurance to cover what Original Medicare doesn’t cover, we can help you understand and enroll in these types of plans.

What is Medicare & Medicaid?

People with Medicare who have limited income and resources may get help paying out–of-pocket medical costs from Medicaid. People who qualify for both Medicare & Medicaid are called “dual eligible”. We have the contact information you will need for Medicaid or Extra help and can help you enroll in these types of Medicare insurance plans.

I have VA health care benefits. Do I still sign up for Medicare when I turn 65?

Yes. The VA encourages you to sign up for Medicare when you are eligible in case Congress does not provide enough funding in future years for all Veterans and also to avoid any late enrollment penalties. It will also provide you with more options to choose from when you need services. We will be glad to help you enroll and understand these options.
